Hayes Parsons was founded in 1964 by our Chairman, George Hayes, and is situated in a prestigious location by the old city wall in central Bristol.

Our 27 strong staff have over 650 years experience and expertise in commercial insurance, and provide impartial advice backed with extensive market experience. We keep abreast of market developments by:

* Reading various insurance periodicals
* Attending internal training courses
* Attending a variety of courses provided by the:
o British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA)
o External providers
o Insurers
o The Chartered Insurance Institute including the Faculty of Claims and the Faculty of Insurance Broking
