Only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give none
Appalling. Rude, vile, lie to you. I'm part exchanging my house with a developer and they instructed Taylors. Because we cancelled a viewing for an emergency doctors appointment, they called the developer and told them we wouldn't give them access to the house. They then sent viewers round without letting us know in advance, when I questioned them, they insisted they'd confirmed the viewing the day before. With who?? The "negotiators" have no customer service skills and are rude and aggressive. Unbelieveable!! AVOID!!
