I personally am a Master Member of ProClean and have years of experience. I have expanded my technical knowledge by becoming a member of the International Institute of Carpet Restoration and Cleaning. (IICRC) TECH. This qualification is recognized in Industry and by Insurance companies for Flood and Carpet Restoration . Various companies have provided informative training courses that have assisted in expanding my knowledge and usages of cleaning solutions.

Next is the extensive PROCHEM courses for further in-depth cleaning techniques such as Dry Cleaning in situ of Upholstery items. Followed by the National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA) carpet & upholstery course that is ongoing with all the latest cleaning techniques and various & latest solutions available.
