Chinese Medicine

I have struggled with insomnia and work related stress for many years. Having regular tuina has made a real difference in my life. I enjoy refreshing sleep and feel able to cope with daily stresses. I did not expect massage to be so holistic. I also find that my neck and shoulders feel much softer and more flexible. The practitioner, Neil is a good listener and sensitive communicator. I like tuina because it is through a thin piece of material and it feels deep without being painful. In the past other types of massage have been painful and only worked on a purely physical level. I would recommend tuina for physical and emotional well being. Neil is a professional and knowledgeable practitioner.

Great treatment

I went to Neil for acupuncture and I found him very professional and easy to talk to. I was a bit cynical at first but the treatment was very effective and I would certainly recommend him in the future.
