Helping Asian Women to support one another and progress. HUMDARD has been running successfully since 1986. As time passes by, we are branching out and developing our services rapidly. We first started with our sewing classes, and today we are an organisation where we provide many different services to our users. Classes and training opportunities are available for the women from sewing to English, to Arabic to health related activities such as yoga and weight watching, Aroma therapy and reflexology, office placements and training, Youth and play training, driving theory tests to cookery classes as well as Photography to video making, Leisure and shopping trips etc. Youth activities include drama workshops, conflict resolution, an introduction to youth work training and various personal development workshop as well theme park trips, ice-skating, etc. Humdard Learning Zone (after school club) and Holiday Play Scheme services have been running successfully for many years and provide educational, creative and practical life experiences to children aged 5-11 years ,which also help to achieve school attainment.
