We have used the services of Atwell Payroll Solutions since November 2007. Both Leah Coombs and Victoria McLeod were known to us prior to this and our previous experience with them was the reason we decided to change from the payroll bureau we were using at the time. We are made to feel like the most important customer they have and that nothing is too much trouble for them. Atwell certainly have the personal touch and provide much needed guidance whenever necessary. We consider payroll to be a very important part of our business and by having experts we can trust to take care of it, it allows us to concentrate on other areas. Accurate payroll certainly contributes to the morale of our staff and that’s why we look forward to a very long working relationship with Atwell Payroll Solutions.

Why Use Anyone Else?

Attention 2 Detail have been customers of Atwell Payroll since they opened their doors for business a few months ago. We have used various different companies for our payroll over the years and often wondered how some companies can stay in business with the mistakes that they make, every single month, time and time again!!! Since taking on Atwell, we have had no such problems with our payroll. Everyone you speak too is polite, courteous but friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all things to do with payroll. Never needing to “call you back” because they don’t know the answers to your questions. You can contact them at what seems to be anytime and out of office hours and you still get the same level of service. This is very reassuring to me, as a client. I would not hesitate to recommend Atwell to other companies I deal with and in fact have done so on several occasions. I wish them every success in their new venture, with knowledge and service like they offer, they cannot fail.
