About Us

Brief description

Fresh Start clears over 150 properties a year. Usually clearing to vacant possession, this includes clearing out houses, garages, gardens, sheds, lofts, basements and more. We are flexible, clearing as much or as little as you require. Unless instructed, we leave carpets, curtains, fixtures & fittings. Anything that is part of the fabric of the house we would, of course, leave. We are insured in the rare event that damage occurs to the property.

Although a relatively young company, we clear at least 3 properties a week, from 8 bedroom country houses taking 2 weeks to clear through to studio & retirement flats cleared in a few hours.We are sympathetic to the clients needs, conciencious, reliable and flexible.We can evaluate the contents of a property, sell items on behalf of the family, take items to charity, recycle items and, as licenced waste carriers, dispose of rubbish responsibly.
