Shameful!!

Really terrible, definately to be avoided!! They have debited my card and not sent the goods. They dont return calls or answer emails. As I live not too far away from their premises I took a morning to drive there to discover that they are no longer trading from the address stated on their website. I am hoping for a refund from mastercard, but to be honest the amount is probably too small (�£25). As the item was a much wanted Christmas present for my 5 year old, I have had to buy another from another reliable internet retailer.
