• Digital aerial install

  I called Dan Grace to instal a digital aerial they arrived 3 hours late, and burnt my carpet with his drill bit he took the I didnt do it approch as said above and refused to pay to replace it. The ariel did not work properrly and when i rang to complain they were very rude and arrgessive on the phone to me. I found there customer service shocking. I would NOT recommend them.

  Eldorado came to our business but could not carry out the work as we had no power points in the loft, he advised us as to what to do, did not charge a call out. Have since had power point fitted and Eldorado came back and carried out the work as agreed. Would recomend.

• Poor Customer Service

  The aerial works, however they left are roof damaged, and the customer service is really bad, they adopt the i didn't do it aproach and were on occasions aggressive on the telephone.

  Dan, What Can I Say!! The Mrs Was Very Impressed :-) In All Honesty I Had Quotes 3 Times The Amount You Charged And I Couldn't Have Asked For Anymore Attention To Detail. (MJR-Developments 01179 554885) You Will Have Ongoing Work From Ourselves.

  i got your number from yellow pages but am reviewing as requested on the little sticker on your job sheet. i run a small employment business in town and today we had our staff room tv wired up. they did what it says on the tin! and lowest quote too i'll add! thanks to the both of you, good luck in the future.
