Not only do we read in the press about the property market having bottomed out ,but some of my clients have already found themselves in situations where the offer is accepted one day and declined the next as the seller has received a higher offer and although gazumping is not being mentioned it sounds very similar!

As we hear on the tv that house prices have started to bottom out and even according to the Nationwide started to rise this could be the time to snap up that bargain but only if it is in good condition or you know what is going to need to be done.
