We work with local and regional partners in education and business to develop learning and development programmes that can meet the needs of the economy. In the space of 1 year, we have already achieved success stories across the Midlands, South West and South East. We are able to work with local Government, educational institutions, businesses and other economic partners to help them identify skills shortages. We have a team of professional economic development practitioners who have the tools to conduct economic evaluation and identify local and regional barriers or obstacles in the economy.

We have experience of writing and implementing local and regional Government policies that are aimed to improve the skills of a particular population, industry or organisation. We can run focus groups, assessments and surveys to gather economic data, to help diagnose potential barriers that might be causing skills gaps in particular sector.

We are currently running a national skills programme for schools and businesses to help develop skills in mobile app and web development. In recognition of our work, we were asked to present a stand at the World Skills Show about mobile app development. We can apply this methodology to any industry and sector.
