Poor and insufficient service.....

I dug this company up on the internet as my curtain rail cord had snapped, and so requiring a new cord and for it to be recorded within the rail (Which was a simple task) I brought it along to the company with the curtain still attached. Handing it over, the curtains didn't need to remain attached so they were removed there and then by the company. Upon doing so several of the plastic curtain hooks snapped but thankfully the company said they would replace them at the end of their service.The initial price I was quoted was £25, which I personally felt was a lot to charge just to put a cord within a curtain rail, but asking them if they would accept £20 they agreed.TWO WEEKS ON and after several phone calls chasing up the service the rail was finally done successfully, apparently the cord had to be ordered.The promise of the curtain hooks being replaced fell short and denied, so overall the service was appalling, hence my stars stating this....Paul Williams
