Hotels in Bristol
The rooms are larger than average, but I had a significant allergic reaction to something in the room. I couldn't stay there another night and declined the offer of risking another room.Because I didn't know 48 hours in advance that I would be allergic to the place, I still got charged the full price for the night cancelled. If they had been fully booked, I can understand there being an opportunity cost. Obviously, they care much more about their profits than in the well-being of their customers.What a rip-off. I strongly recommend you to stay elsewhere.
